Law enforcement officials are investigating a possible cyber attack on the City of Chicago’s website. The website of a Chicago Police Department is down, and the Anonymous group of hackers are taking the credit for that action. It is the part of a protest in Chicago against the NATO summit, where U.S. President Barack Obama is meeting with world leaders.

Interior Minister Rehman Malik's claim that no restrictions were being imposed on the micro-blogging site.
